High Elf Archers

Hi there,

What's an High Elf army without Archers?

In war, Archers play a very important role. They can be used in 2 ways, one is to provide covering fire while your troops charge, while the other  method is to use them to soften the enemy before charging your troops.

Either way, its an impressive to see Millions of Arrows rain down on the enemy......

Chaos Chariot driven by Ponies and Driver with Salamander's WHIP

Hi all,

After I came back from my China buisness trip on 09/10/2010, I felt very inspiried to paint and complete my Chaos Chariot. So I spend the next 3 days and 2 nights to paint this thing with 2 Wheels.

Chariots are awesome in war, the pick up speed, they charge at the enemy and they die there and then after the charge.....Awesome thing to pile up in the Meat Fest......

Warmaster High Elves Spearmen ---> 6 strips completed

Hi all,

I have been patiently and happily painting my High Elves, and speaking of HE, I met someone who was from my gaming group previously, and he is actually buying the new plastic Dragon Princes.

Then I realise the saddest thing in Warmaster for High Elves, there are no models for Dragon Prince...........WTF...I cannot IMAGINE a High Elf army without Dragon Princes. It will be like telling me that the Dark Elf army has no COK for models, or the Tau army has no hammerhead for models......

However, if I were to ever start an Elf army, my bulk of the army will consists of Spearmen and Archers / crossbow men. Cos in WAR, many men must die and have the Grandest MeatFest ever...

Grey Seer On FOOT

Hi,

My group of Warhammer friends may have guessed why I painted a Grey Seer on Foot.....

I am building a Plague Furnace and I am not using the Screaming Bell for a short period of time, hence changing my game play a bit.

I have no good feelings about the plague furnace, cos every Skaven playa i have seen playing has one, and I think I may be the only one using a screaming bell....

Warp Lightning Cannon

Hi,

Following WHFB 8th edition rules, the Warp Lightning Cannon has been renamed the Sniper Lightning Cannon. Interesting on how you can pre-measure the cannon firing diatance on the actual Battlefield.

Even Apache can crash, so how can a cannon be so accurate??? Being a lover of battle friction, i find this rule totally Ridiculous................I actually hate this because this totally remove the randomness from my Skaven, that much said, I may never use the Warp Lightning Cannon in games again, unless GW FAQ it saying that the pre-measure rules DO NOT APPLY to all WARMACHINES!!!!!!!!!!!

So I figured that I better get it painted asap, before I decide to throw the Warp Lightning Cannon away
